photo catch up.

I've had a few people tell me I need to share more photos of Liam and since I have family that doesn't get to see this little guy grow and change everyday I'm going to start posting weekly photos of Liam. Maybe more if I get the hang of it! I'm sorry I'm so bad at sending and sharing photos. Hopefully this will give you a little dose of what I get to see and wake up to everyday!

Just a little catch up!

::vegan:: banana bread.

I'm so in love with this recipe I had to share it! It is sooo moist and delicious, I seriously can't stop eating it. The best part is it's egg and dairy free!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegan butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
5 tablespoons flax seed meal
6 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoon hot water

Directions:
Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan (I used the vegan butter). Heat the over at 350 degrees. Cream together vegan and butter together in a large bowl. Add bananas, flax seed,  water (do not add hot water yet), vanilla, lemon juice, and baking soda. Mix well. Add in the hot water. Scrape mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out of pan and let in continue to cool on wire rack until completely cool. Loaf also freezes well. Enjoy!

3 months.

weight: 11 pounds!! All the doctor could say is "well, being early sure didn't hold him back, did it?" haha!
health: His reflux is so much better. I think we finally found a formula he can handle. Other than that, he's doing great.
sleep: He still gets up about 2 or 3 times a night. He's slowly getting better at letting me sleep for longer periods.
diet: Still the bottle.
crying: He's learned to fake cry! He knows that's how he gets what he wants. Spoiled little guy.
clothes: He officially fits into 3-6 months! woo!
baby gear love: Still loving his bobby. That thing is a life saver. Other than that he just wants to be held ALL. THE. TIME.
social: He is such a flirt. Loves smiling at everyone and just study what ever/who ever is around him
likes: Food food food and more food. haha
postpartum: I feel great. Just trying to work off these extra pounds!
milestones: He smiles so much and once in a while we can get out a giggle. I love watching him grow and learn new things. He is starting to make his own schedule. As you can tell by the photos, I had to hurry and get them done before his nap. Good lighting or not!
